Acting as a single point of contact, City Wide assigns a Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) to effectively manage vendor relationships, oversee quality control, and handle maintenance issues so clients can focus on their core responsibilities. Leveraging a network of skilled and specialized contractors, City Wide ensures consistent, reliable service delivery with reduced turnover. By serving as an extension of the client’s management team, City Wide ensures facilities remain clean, safe, and well‑maintained for employees and customers.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Greater Orlando for a Facilities Solutions Manager. The role involves overseeing building maintenance and janitorial solutions for commercial facilities, acting as the primary contact for client needs.
