City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a skilled Facility Solutions Manager to oversee services for a designated client, ensuring top-tier delivery, strong relationships, and adherence to contract specs. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize operations, and drive client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 1–2 years in facility management, excellent communication, and proven ability to manage multiple priorities while traveling to client sites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in facility management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven track record in client management and business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing client accounts to ensure retention and growth through outstanding service delivery.
• Nurturing relationships with contractors and suppliers, guaranteeing quality and compliance with service agreements.
• Carrying out regular assessments and quality control checks, swiftly addressing any emerging issues.
• Leveraging City Wide’s CRM system to monitor client interactions and service effectiveness.
• Guiding operational teams while ensuring comprehensive training and development initiatives are implemented.
• Working alongside internal teams to resolve challenges and execute effective solutions.
• Tracking client satisfaction metrics and compiling detailed reports for management evaluation.
