City Wide Facility Solutions in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee the business operations of an assigned client service area, training staff and guiding start-ups with clients. You will inspect contractor performance, coordinate site visits, negotiate contracts, and develop long-term relationships, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales and management in building maintenance or facility management.
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on commitments.
• Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention and expansion.
• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule per client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements for additional services, pricing, staffing and logistics.
• Oversee contractor relationships: interview, hire, price, terms, and compliance.
• Ensure quality control inspections and consistent delivery of services.
• Supervise Night Managers and ensure execution of client strategy.
• Coordinate staffing, supplies, and route planning; monitor invoices.
• Utilize City's CRM to perform inspections and track issues; update BIS/Exhibits.
• Communicate client feedback to Director of Operations and Sales; address complaints.
• Assist in resolving deficiencies and monitor compliance.
