Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support facility management teams for client buildings. The role involves assisting with service delivery, coordinating with vendors, and handling work orders and inspections within a portfolio.

The position offers hybrid or remote working options and emphasizes client satisfaction, timely issue resolution, and adherence to building systems and safety procedures.

Formación

• 3–5 years experience in an administrative or tenant services capacity.
• Experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.
• Prior experience working in facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services preferred.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general facility management services including monitoring of office/facility operations.
• Address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution and service delivery.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and manage work orders and assign to engineering staff, subcontractors and vendors.
• Report on open/closed work orders and monitor status with the assigned party.
• Monitor vendor performance and provide status updates to clients.
