Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to assist the facility management team in delivering high-quality services for client facilities. You will support daily operations, coordinate with contractors, and help manage building systems to ensure prompt issue resolution and client satisfaction.

The role covers monitoring facility performance, managing work orders, and reporting on KPIs while maintaining strong communication with clients, landlords, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or related field preferred.
• Experience with data entry, reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.
• Prior experience in facilities/property management or commercial real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings.
• Coordinate with contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and assign work orders to engineering staff, subcontractors and vendors.
