Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the facility management team in delivering exceptional service for client sites. The role involves assisting with building operations, vendor coordination, requirements gathering, and reporting on work orders and performance.

You will collaborate with clients, landlords, and contractors to ensure timely maintenance, safety compliance, and successful project execution across a portfolio of sites.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or tenant services capacity.
• Experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.
• Prior experience in facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services including monitoring of office/facility operations.
• Address client inquiries and ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and manage work orders and track status with engineering staff, vendors, and landlords.
• Monitor vendor performance and assist with payment processing and invoicing.
• Communicate with clients, landlords and vendors to report status and resolve issues.
