Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support facility management teams for client sites. The role involves assisting with operation, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial buildings, and maintaining strong client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with contractors, manage work orders, and monitor vendor performance while communicating with clients, landlords, and internal teams. The position offers a hybrid or remote work setup with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or tenant services capacity.
• Experience with data entry, expansive reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Prior experience in facilities/property management, CRE or professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility.
• Address client inquiries and concerns ensuring timely and quality issue resolution and service delivery.
• Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for the service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and record appropriate written communication between all parties.
• Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on building equipment.
