CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.

The role involves supervising, coordinating, and improving facility operations to meet safety and client requirements. You will review work orders, estimate time/materials, and implement preventive programs while overseeing compliance with codes and safety standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more and navigate stairs/ladders.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee repairs and emergencies.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing).
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles in daily duties.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and build consensus within teams.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities.
• Work within broad guidelines and explain difficult information.
