CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds. You will oversee mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems across facilities, reviewing work orders and managing parts inventory.

Responsibilities include implementing preventive programs, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards, and mentoring teammates. A valid driver’s license and CFC certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade diploma with 4–5 years related experience
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license required
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, life safety and control systems
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventory
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency repairs
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives
• Operate company vehicles and mentor teammates
• Lead by example and share knowledge across disciplines
• Convey complex information clearly to teams
