Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time, materials, and maintain inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance to meet design life and oversee emergency maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles and apply standard principles to complex tasks.
