Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, and grounds.

This role sits in Engineering and Technical Services, providing support and maintenance for equipment and systems. You will oversee mechanical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, review work orders, manage supplies, and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• In lieu of diploma, combination of experience and education considered; Universal CFC cert and valid driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure operation within design specs and client environment.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, safety directives.
• Travel extensively in the Phoenix, AZ area and live within required radius.
