Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, and grounds. You will oversee mechanical, plumbing, and control systems, review work orders, and implement preventive programs to keep systems within design specs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 4–5 years’ experience, a universal CFC certification, and a valid driver's license. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license required.
• Shift supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, plumbing, and control systems.
• Review work orders; estimate time/materials; manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations; operate company vehicles.
• Coach others and share knowledge; lead by example within CBRE RISE values.
