Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.

You will support engineering and technical services, ensuring safe, reliable operation of facility systems. The role involves reviewing work orders, estimating materials, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with codes and client specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain inventory of supplies/tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life.
• Review inspections to ensure operation meets design/specifications and environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles for daily work tasks.
• Share knowledge and mentor others within the function.
