Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, life-safety, and control systems to standards.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain stock of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend system life and handle emergency repairs.
• Review inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design specs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Apply standard principles to complex tasks and propose solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example and uphold CBRE RISE values to reach agreements.
• Support a range of customer, operational, and project activities within teams.
• Work within guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information clearly.
