Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

The role covers mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems to ensure operations meet client standards. The engineer will review work orders, estimate resources, implement maintenance programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while providing innovative solutions and coaching to teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Must have Universal CFC certification and a Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials; manage inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure operation within design specs.
• Oversee compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
