Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking an experienced Outlets Supervisor in Atlanta, GA, to lead daily food & beverage operations on-site at the Concord-managed property. You will supervise bartenders, servers, and banquet staff while upholding service standards and brand quality.

You will train staff, manage scheduling, and coordinate with kitchen teams to resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a 1-year background in a similar capacity and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge in wine, beverages, and bartending practices.
• Micros system experience preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solver with good troubleshooting skills.
• Punctual and dependable work ethic with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communicator who values teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of all food & beverage outlets.
• Supervise bartenders, servers, bussers, and banquet staff.
• Train associates on service standards and guest engagement.
• Assist with scheduling and evaluating staff performance.
• Maintain communication between management and staff; address discipline when needed.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available for staff to perform duties.
• Resolve guest service and operational issues in collaboration with the kitchen.
• Participate in weekly staff, sales, and F&B meetings, and monthly inventory.
• Ensure F&B presentation and service meet brand standards.
• Support front-of-house operations as needed.
