Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking an experienced Outlets Supervisor to oversee daily operations of food & beverage outlets within our Atlanta-area hotels. The role requires directing bartenders, servers, bussers and banquet staff, ensuring top service standards and beverage knowledge across outlets.

Open availability for mornings, nights, weekends and holidays is required, with a focus on teamwork, problem solving and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar outlets supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge in wine, beverages and bartending practices.
• Experience with Micros system preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and prioritization skills.
• Punctual, dependable, warm and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand, move and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of all food & beverage outlets.
• Supervise bartenders, servers, bussers and banquet staff.
• Train associates on service standards, knowledge and sanitation.
• Assist with scheduling and performance guidance.
• Maintain open communication with management and staff; enforce disciplinary actions.
• Ensure staff have tools and equipment needed.
• Resolve guest issues and coordinate with kitchen as needed.
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings and inventory.
