Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead the FOH team, manage shift operations, and ensure consistent service quality across all dining outlets in a hotel setting.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in full-service restaurants, knowledge of beverage cost, and a hands-on approach with strong communication. Nights and weekends are required, with opportunities for growth within Concord's hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the operational efforts and strategies of all restaurant outlets.
• Supervise the entire FOH restaurant staff and provide guidance to kitchen and restaurant teams.
• Write schedules, evaluate associates, and direct personnel.
• Maintain open communication between management and associates.
• Draft and present disciplinary actions when needed.
• Provide tools and equipment needed for staff to perform duties.
• Take immediate action on problems in kitchen or restaurant.
• Attend weekly staff, BEO, and food & beverage meetings; assist with inventory.
