Job summary

Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park seeks a Food & Beverage Outlets Supervisor to partner with management, train staff, and supervise restaurant operations in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

You will ensure service aligns with Omni standards, maintain bar and dining room controls, and support scheduling, recruiting, and monthly audits. Strong communication and multitasking are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage supervision or management.
• Must have and maintain Food Handlers and TIPS Alcohol certifications.
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English with guests, members, management and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance per Omni standards and hotel scheduling.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, cleanliness and guest well-being.
• Ensure staff complete side work checklists and training steps monthly.
• Assist in scheduling, forecasting, and interviewing as needed.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
