Job summary

Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager of Outlets to supervise dining operations, ensure service quality, and support scheduling and payroll. The role requires 2 years in F&B supervision, flexibility for PM shifts, and knowledge of B/Bar and cost controls.

Responsibilities include training staff, guest satisfaction, and coordination with management to maintain Omni standards. Weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage supervision or management preferred.
• Experience with Bar style management preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours, specifically PM.
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliver results.
• Understanding of Food & Beverage financials including cost controls is preferred.
• Must have MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Must be Food Handler and TABC certified.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assigned shift and assisting in overall management.
• Supervise and coordinate the assigned shift.
• Assist in overall supervision of the department as outlined in manager's job description.
• Complete environmental checklist for dining room.
• Spot check liquor pars.
• Order daily supplies.
• Hold pre-meal meetings.
• Handle guest comments and complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Stay on the floor during peak hours.
• Communicate with guests and receive feedback.
• Observe, teach and correct staff's service.
• Monitor each guest experience.
• Examine food preparation and beverage presentation.
• Maintain condition of dining room, lobby lounge, morsels, mini bar and room service.
• Assist manager in scheduling, payroll, and forecasting.
• Participate in interviewing new employees as needed.
• Prepare maintenance requests and follow-up.
• Monitor food and liquor requisitions and food waste.
• Check bar controls, shot glass use, red lining, and bottles totally empty daily.
• Must be familiar with liquor liability laws and emergency procedures.
