Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service at our Stanton Optical stores. You will bridge the Clinical services and retail teams, guiding patients through the experience and promoting available products and services.

The role emphasizes teamwork, HIPAA-compliant handling of records, and the ability to support clinical and retail operations. A background in optical care is a plus, with potential commission on sales.

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Effective communication with diverse groups.
• Associates degree or comparable program enrollment.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and customers; identify needs and promote products and services.
• Coordinate between retail and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist management with complaints and orders.
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Ensure brand standards in-store and in lab areas; support lens edging and repairs.
