Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to provide outstanding customer service at the store entrance, guiding patients and facilitating sales. You will help connect our retail and clinical services teams and support smooth patient flow through pre-tests and tests.

You will schedule appointments, gather medical history, perform noncontact tonometry and refraction, and assist with eyewear assembly and delivery while upholding brand standards and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• Experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, empathy and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote available services.
