Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking team-oriented individuals to join our store as Doctor’s Technicians, delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating sales. You will help connect clinical services with the retail team to ensure a seamless patient experience and efficient eyewear services.

You will perform pre-tests, gather patient information, and support lab operations while upholding brand standards and delivering timely eyewear orders.

Qualifications

• Two or more years delivering customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Active listening, empathy, and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and facilitate sales.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient history in the system; perform basic tests.
• Assist management with patient issues and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping; assist in lab area if needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses and accurate orders; communicate delays.
