Physicians Eyecare Group in California is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service and to bridge the flow from our Clinical services team to the retail team at Stanton Optical stores. You will help provide an exceptional patient experience and support both clinical and retail operations.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service, multitasking ability, and effective communication with diverse patients.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work varying shifts.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify needs to facilitate sales.
• Support retail team and clinical services to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with complaint resolution.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping; ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Protect patient records and HIPAA compliance; assist with basic repairs and lens edging.
