Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group seeks a Doctor Technician to provide excellent patient service within Stanton Optical stores. You will support both clinical and retail teams, ensuring smooth patient flow and outstanding experiences.

The role includes assisting with pre-testing, contact lens care, and basic lens services under PEG supervision, while promoting products and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient service at the store as the first touchpoint.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and clinical services.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and promote products/services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with patient concerns and orders.
• Maintain patient records per HIPAA; ensure accuracy of information.
• Support clinical care under PEG supervision and follow clinical standards.
• Assist in lens edging, repairs, and inventory as needed.
• Meet clinical and operational performance metrics.
