You will support clinical and retail teams, ensuring smooth patient flow from clinical services to retail, while maintaining accuracy in patient records and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience with patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group.
• Associate’s degree or advanced certification; scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients in-store and promote products.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and facilitate sales processes.
