Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic store environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Associate degree or higher certification or enrollment in comparable program.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and facilitate a smooth, memorable experience while promoting products and services.
• Coordinate between retail and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with patient complaints and follow-ups.
• Maintain brand standards and assist in basic lab tasks to expedite eyewear delivery.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records and data.
