Job summary

Stanton Optical is hiring for a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, guide them through services, and support both retail and clinical teams. You will schedule visits, capture patient information, and help with basic pre-tests and lens work.

This role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a collaborative spirit to ensure a smooth patient experience and on-time delivery of eyewear.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to listen, build rapport and empathize with patients.
• Proactive with problem solving and multitasking in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store to create a memorable experience and promote available products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; enter patient history and complete pre-tests and basic eye exams as required.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep orders updated.
• Edge lenses, assemble frames and ensure timely, accurate delivery of eyeglasses.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Adhere to delivery-time commitments (Now Service) and perform other duties as assigned.
