Job summary

Stanton Optical, a fast-growing retail optical center, seeks a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding customer service and guide patients through the store experience. You will bridge retail and clinical teams, promoting products and services while ensuring smooth patient flow.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school required or in progress.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups; active listening and empathy essential.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to adapt in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales with available products/services.
• Foster collaboration between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and document patient history and test results.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and status updates on orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping in-store.
