Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service within our Stanton Optical stores in California. You will greet patients, assist management, promote products and coordinate with clinical and retail teams to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service, strong communication, multitasking ability, and familiarity with Microsoft Suite. Optical experience is a plus; competitive benefits and bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to promote products and services.
• Foster a partnership between retail and professional services and assist management with patient inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and resolve patient complaints while ensuring orders are fulfilled on time.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and assist with basic repairs and lens edging when needed.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals and support clinical and store metrics.
