Job summary

Tarsus is seeking a Territory Leader in Providence, RI to drive eye care sales and educate on disease states and XDEMVY. You will own the territory, build relationships with ophthalmology/optometry practices, and execute launch strategies while ensuring compliance and ethical standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record in account management and territory development.

Qualifications

• Eye care clinical information: anatomy, disease state, products, XDEMVY.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales / relevant healthcare sales experience or a proven track record of business to business sales.
• Eye Care experience- preferred.
• Established track record with evidence of excellent problem solving and collaboration.
• Highly adaptable to change, able to quickly pivot and respond given new market information in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate on disease states and products within ophthalmology/optometry practices.
• Build relationships with key eye care stakeholders and drive account development.
• Drive launch execution and ongoing performance with data-driven insights.
• Ensure PDMA compliance and adherence to company policies and industry guidelines.
• Share best practices with leadership to elevate national performance.
