Job summary

Tarsus is seeking a Territory Leader to join our eye care focused sales team in Wisconsin. You will drive territory education, manage relationships with eye care accounts, and lead the launch and ongoing performance of XDEMVY across your region.

This field-based role demands strategic thinking, strong account management, and proven pharma selling experience. Travel 40–50% within the geography with occasional HQ visits in Irvine, CA for alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales / healthcare sales experience.
• Eye Care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage eye care accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Promote products and execute pull-through with managed care.
• Drive sales performance and analyze KPIs weekly to adjust strategy.
• Ensure ethical, compliant promotion aligned with corporate values.
• Collaborate with district leaders, marketing, market access, medical affairs, sales ops, training.
