Welcome to the Tarsanet Internal Career Center! is seeking a Territory Leader to join a field-based biopharma sales team focused on eye care.

You will drive territory growth, manage key accounts, and execute launch strategies for XDEMVY while maintaining high standards of compliance and performance. The role requires 2+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, strong account management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales / relevant healthcare sales experience or a proven track record of business-to-business sales
• Evidence of excellent problem solving and collaboration
• Strong communication and change management skills

Responsabilités

• Account management and eye care expert relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive top-tier sales execution and exceed performance goals.
• Monitor KPIs weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually and adjust approach.
• Promote PDMA compliance and adhere to company and industry guidelines.
• Collaborate with district leaders, marketing, market access, medical affairs, sales ops, and training teams.
