Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Territory Leader to drive XDEMVY growth in the Pasadena, CA area. You will educate eye care professionals, manage accounts, and execute launch strategies with excellence.

You will monitor performance, align selling activities to impact, ensure PDMA compliance, and partner with district leadership, marketing, medical affairs, and sales ops. Travel 40–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales or relevant healthcare sales experience.
• Launch experience in pharma is strongly preferred.
• Eye care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account management and eye care expert interactions to promote XDEMVY.
• Exceed sales goals and manage productivity metrics across the territory.
• Monitor KPIs weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually and adjust accordingly.
• Ensure PDMA compliance and adhere to company guidelines.
• Travel 40–50% within territory and to Irvine HQ as needed.
• Provide frontline feedback to sales leadership.
