Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in business/science.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of eye care market and product landscape.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage accounts and navigate managed care.

Responsibilities

• Manage ophthalmology/optometry accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Execute sales strategies to exceed territory goals and KPIs.
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt plans based on data.
