Tarsus is seeking a Territory Leader to drive eye care pharmaceutical sales within a field-based role. You will manage key accounts, educate on disease states, and lead launch activities for XDEMVY while promoting compliant promotion and ethical standards.

Candidates should reside in Providence, Norwich area with a strong track record in pharma sales and eye care. Expect 40–50% travel, a base pay ladder, incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales or relevant healthcare sales experience.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with eye care stakeholders and drive territory sales.
• Execute sales plans to exceed performance metrics; monitor KPIs regularly.
• Ensure compliance with PDMA and corporate guidelines.
• Provide frontline feedback to leadership and adapt strategies as needed.
