Welcome to the Tarsanet Internal Career Center! is seeking a Territory Leader to join our elite biopharma sales team focused on eye care. You will drive disease state education, launch XDEMVY, and own territory performance while maintaining ethics and compliance.

The role requires 2+ years pharma sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel. Candidates must reside in Providence, Norwich area and be ready for field-based work across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales / healthcare sales experience or proven B2B sales track record.
• Pharmaceutical launch experience preferred.
• Eye care experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.
• Excellent adaptability and change management ability.
• High accountability and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Account management & eye care expertise: manage accounts, understand anatomy, disease state, products, XDEMVY and office treatment patterns.
• Business acumen & sales execution: exceed sales goals, prioritize customer engagements, drive reach and product trial utilization, monitor KPIs and adjust strategy.
• Business owners & culture champions: promote commitment, empowerment, teamwork, and ethics; collaborate with district leaders, marketing, market access, medical affairs, sales ops, training.
