Job summary

Stanton Optical, an Now Optics brand, seeks a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding customer service, facilitate sales, and coordinate between retail and clinical teams. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, and assist with basic pre-tests while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification; high school diploma with relevant certifications may apply.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store, identify needs and promote products/services.
• Foster strong partnership between retail and clinical teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Schedule appointments and document patient history in the system; perform pre-tests and basic exams as needed.
• Assist management with patient concerns, resolve complaints, and maintain service quality.
• Maintain brand standards, keep work areas clean, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Support lens edging and lab tasks to expedite delivery and accuracy of orders.
