Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Patient Concierge/Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, facilitate sales, and ensure a smooth transition between clinical services and retail teams. You will provide outstanding customer service to all patients, gather information, and support our brand standards in-store.

Responsibilities include scheduling, basic tests, assisting with repairs, and helping the management team resolve patient concerns while delivering a positive eyewear shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher certification, or enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of customer service experience delivering patient-focused service.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the store and identify needs to promote services.
• Support seamless handoff between retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule appointments and complete intake information.
• Assist with simple eyewear repairs and order fulfillment.
