Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients and deliver outstanding customer service while facilitating sales and connecting our retail and clinical teams. You will help ensure a smooth patient experience from check-in to product delivery.

You should have an associate degree or advanced certification, and at least 2 years of customer service experience. The role includes scheduling, basic eye tests, and collaboration with the management team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of experience delivering customer service to patients or customers.
• Excellent communication with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote available products and services.
• Foster partnership between retail and clinical services.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient history; perform pre-tests and basic eye tests.
• Assist management with patient issues and ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Maintain brand standards and assist in lab-related tasks as needed.
