Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to provide outstanding customer service at the store while facilitating sales and coordinating between retail and clinical teams.

You will greet patients, gather information, perform basic tests, and help ensure a smooth patient experience with efficient service delivery. The role emphasizes patient care, team collaboration, and meeting delivery promises.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably with patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Active listening, rapport building, and empathy with patients.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote products/services.
• Foster strong collaboration between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history; perform basic tests and screenings.
• Assist with patient issue resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with lab activities and order delivery.
