Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service and bridge clinical services with the retail team. You will facilitate smooth patient flow, assist with clinical duties, and support sales by presenting available products and promotions.

The role includes greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling patient records in HIPAA-compliant systems, and contributing to clinic and lab operations to ensure on-time delivery of eyeglasses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to facilitate sales and promotions.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and assist management with patient complaint resolution.
• Maintain patient records in the system in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Assist in clinical and lab tasks to support smooth store operations and order delivery.
• Ensure brand standards, housekeeping, and timely completion of orders and repairs.
