Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide outstanding customer service and support the seamless flow between clinical services and retail teams. You will help patients, promote products, and contribute to a positive in-store experience.

The role involves assisting with clinical support, patient scheduling, and ensuring accuracy of records, while working within a dynamic team environment. Competitive compensation includes a commission opportunity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• Associate degree or advanced certification; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and promote available products and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and assist management with patient inquiries and order status.
• Maintain patient records in HIPAA-compliant systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with lens repairs, assemble frames, edge lenses, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
• Collaborate with retail and clinical teams to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
