Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service and support both clinical and retail teams. You’ll ensure a smooth flow from clinical services to the store, assisting patients with care and product needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a dynamic team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.
• Associate’s degree or higher certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales while promoting products and services.
• Coordinate with retail and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with patient complaints and follow-up.
• Maintain patient records securely in accordance with HIPAA.
