Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor Technician to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a smooth transition between the Clinical services and the retail team. You will greet patients, assist with promotions, schedule appointments, and support store goals while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.

The role combines clinical duties under PEG supervision with retail operations, requiring 1+ year of customer service, basic Microsoft Office skills, and flexibility in schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Associate degree or higher required or enrolled in a comparable program.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate sales.
• Coordinate with retail and clinical teams to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Assist management with patient inquiries and order status.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Support basic eyewear adjustments and repairs.
• Promote store promotions and product offerings.
