Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to be the first touchpoint for patients in our on-site store locations. You will support both clinical and retail teams, ensuring a smooth patient flow and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling, assisting management, maintaining patient records per HIPAA, and supporting with basic lens work and repairs. Optical familiarity is a plus; dedicated team environment offered.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse groups.
