Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor Technician to serve as the first touchpoint in our store, delivering exceptional patient experiences and supporting clinical-to-retail workflows.

You will help with pre-testing, refractions, contact lens care, and daily store operations while collaborating with PEG doctors and the retail team. Prior customer service is required, with opportunities for growth and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Associate degree or advanced certification; or current enrollment in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients at the store.
• Greet patients, assess needs, and facilitate sales promotions.
• Coordinate between retail and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Support management with patient issue resolution and order status.
• Keep work area clean and ensure brand standards in lab and front.
