Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service at our store and ensure smooth transitions between clinical and retail teams. You will support patient care, process orders, and help maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Your role includes assisting PEG doctors, handling patient information with care, and promoting products while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and promote available products and services.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and order status updates.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Support clinical and retail teams to ensure smooth patient flow and timely service.
• Assist with lens edging, repairs, and delivering eyeglasses on schedule.
