Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to be the friendly first touchpoint in our on-site store. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist with clinical transition to retail, and help create a smooth experience for every patient from check-in through checkout.

The role emphasizes teamwork between clinical and retail teams, requires 1+ year in customer service, and offers medical/dental coverage, life and disability insurance, free eyeglasses, and bonus opportunities

Qualifications

1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a team environment.
Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

Greet patients/customers and identify needs to facilitate sales and promotions.
Coordinate patient flow between clinical and retail teams to ensure smooth service.
Assist Management with patient issue resolution and order status updates.
Maintain patient records confidentially per HIPAA requirements.
Assist in lab/workflow tasks: edge lenses, assemble frames, and ensure timely delivery.
