Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a team environment.
• Effective communication with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through the store process to promote products and services.
• Assist management with patient inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with clinical and retail teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate orders.
